I mean it really depends on the job. Ask how long you have to be employed their to be able to get maternity leave. When I was pregnant with my daughter I just worked as a temp at target. so you can always try and see if there are temp positions around so when you have your baby they may consider hiring you on permently
Well I have my cna and I'm tired of my SO telling me we never have money.. so I'm thinking about going back to work so I can have my own money again I feel like they would give me maternity leave.. bit I'm not sure... @mimi602
I am going to school for PCT and we are almost done taking the cna course it comes with and I was honestly thinking of getting a job as prn or temp for 2ish months before baby comes. honestly in my opinion if they need someone and most nursing homes have a high turn over rate I wouldn't see them not hiring you. :)
I worked at a nursing home for a year.. I know what to do and I'm good at my job I loved it and I took pride in it!! I just can't go to the one I worked at because of a shitty situation with management soo.. and besides I could work at one less than 10 miles from my house!! even though I dislike that nursing home and I wouldn't put my own family in there... @mommybump2016

I would go and apply:)) and once they see how you love your job , after baby is born most will hire you back or "save" your job:)
