I don't understand why ppl say take castor oil the last few wks of pregnancy I'd be 😨 scared who has tried it and is it safe ?

I know people do that but I will never ever do that. I'm just too scared to hurt the baby since some people believe it might be harmful and influences baby's health or even life. Definitely no for me
It is not safe!!! If anything, it makes the mama miserable and tired before labor! It will cause contractions but not the kind that send you into labor so you are just uncomfortable and having diarrhea! It also can cause the baby to poop in the womb and if ingested, CAN BE FATAL! 100% not worth the risk, at all! Babies are constantly swallowing inside the womb and what mama ingests, baby ingests. So baby can get diarrhea from castor oil just like mama.
Oh no. I always hear ppl do that I was like oh no that don't sound right but my relative tried it and nothing worked .
it's absolutely not safe. it's believed to induce labor but can have deadly consequences for the baby
Smh that's scary. I knew it wasn't safe I just always here ppl say that they tried it .I'm not trying that I'll walk and skip before I put my baby life in risk.
