He keeps spitting up everything I feed him. And it's all breastmilk.. Not to mention my nipples are cracked, raw, bleeding. He won't sleep on his own, and he's acting hungry but it's the 2nd time he's spit up right after feeding, within the same hour. Anyone got any advise? How do I keep breastfeeding when pumping to relieve pressure makes my nipples even worse! If he gets chocked from my breast, there's no way he'll tolerate a bottle nipple. I need help!!

Maybe he's taking in too much. He's under a week old right? Their tummy's are still so tiny. Maybe that's why he's spitting up everything. Just confirm him. Take frequent breaks while nursing him to burp him. Keep him upright for awhile between feeds. The first few weeks are tough, just hang in there!! we had this problem from day one and I ended up having to pump and add rice cereal to it and that helped a ton with spitting up! also bump her after every 5 or so minutes and keep her at a 45 degree angle for a half hour after eating!!! all of these helped us a ton and came from our pediatrician! also try different feeding positions! we would use the football position and it worked much better than a normal hold!!

angle upright to feed, take breaks for burping in the middle of feeding, if you're taking nipple cream for your soreness make sure it's ok to use for baby to consume, maybe something in your diet that you eat a lot of? or you have a strong let down which can cause this as well... I'd try getting in contact with an IBCLC. just Google one in your area and a whole list should come up via the LCC. @rylansmomma don't give up ♡
