he got it done last Friday so 9 days. which they said it would fall off between 6 and 9 days, just felt longer then that

How long did that take For it to heal?

it fell off! now hes looking like normal down there and I guess that means he's fully healed down there. @mel0011

Yea I would prefer stitches or the one I got. I'm sorry. Hopefully it heals fast. I agree it's a personal choice on what the parents want & there reasoning is for them no one else.

circumcision was a decision me and my SO decide to do together. I am neither for or against it. it's a personal choice. I was not saying I hate my son's penis. i was just stating that I would prefer the stitching method over the bell method that they now do. @tahtahme

and idk that's just they way they did it at the hospital. but with my first son he had stitches that dissolved but this bell is suppose to fall off. idk, I just don't like to not be able to see the healing process. @mel0011

Why is there a bell? I got my son done at 5days old & he didn't have one. Just wondering what the difference is. I know the hospital I was at did it but they tied it & it fell off. I let my obgyn do it he numb him & cut it off.

circumcisions arent medically necessary. Why dont you pay for it yourself? Also, I dont think you should hate on your sons penis, it wont really involve you the majority of his life.
