Since he's only 5 months, I would do half of what it is for a 6 month, but it also depends on how much he weights. If he weights more than what they say a 6 month old is, I wouldn't worry! :)
If I were you I would do 2.5ml to be on the safe side. That's what I would do if it were my child. Then, if the problem continues I'd ask the doctor what they think.
