Yesterday night I was having contractions 3 to 5 minutes apart until 4 am. I didn't want to go to L&D because I didn't want to get another shot to stop the contractions. I've been in so much pain today and I'm super exhausted. I feel really gassy like I have to poop but last time they checked me at 35 weeks I was only 1 cm dilated. ill be 37 weeks on Monday and my stomach is really hard. I'm really scared I don't even know what to do. Should I go to L&D?

Yes! That's what they are there for, they want the babies to be ok, so it's fine to go just to get checked

If you are 37 weeks Monday they most likely won't stop labor is that's what you are in. Just go in.
