You would think after 2 days of learning the process of labor & delivery, breathing techniques, the benefits & risks of an epidural/analgesics and etc. that I wouldn't still want to go natural...but I do 🤗. Staying open minded of course.

i had my son last night that story i posted
my daughter was 18 hours but it wasn't too bad
proper squatting and visualization let me push her out in one push
my son was sunny side up so his pushing was painful but still doable
natural is always my way to go cuz im a doula lol
