I cried reading this. I needed to hear it as well. My husband makes me feel so guilty for going to the gym. I don't have a car so whenever someone comes home I try to use their car to go to the gym for an hour. He's always like "don't you want to hang out with me? I've been away all day or this this my only day off I thought we could do something together" and I feel like I just need an hour.. An hour to myself to just breath and take a moment for me
