I'm high risk & my doc told me that if my babygirl doesn't kick at least 6 times within an hour…

I'm high risk & my doc told me that if my babygirl doesn't kick at least 6 times within an hour after I eat to go into labor and delivery and get evaluated. She kicked early this morning but I haven't felt anything since. should I worry? well... I'm already worried but is it ok if she hasn't kicked? I've been poking and rubbing my belly to get her to move. it usually works but she hasn't moved at all. I'm 25 weeks. PLEASE HELP.
