I would say so. it says 3 months plus. I have one for my son and I haven't used it yet but when he gets around 3 months old I plan to. so he can get used to the feeling so when he does have teeth he'll already be used to it.

Lol yes just be gentle! I never cleaned my son's gums and because of that he got thrush and had it for a while, it's hard to get rid of.

I will definitely use it... she is gonna have clean gums for her pictures today lol
