that is totally normal hun, they pumped your body full of fluid to help keep you hydrated during labor. I was the same was I never swelled during pregnancy but I did after I got home. Drink lots of fluids to help flush it all out, elevate your feet when you nursing Anakin, it'll go away in a few days a week tops

did you have iv fluids during labor? if so, that's why you're so swollen. The tingling sensation is due to your nerves being compressed from all of the swelling. It sounds counterintuitive but drink tons of water to reduce the swelling. It will most likely take several days for the swelling to go down.
