Started having contractions yesterday morning, cramp/period like pains but 10xs worse....contractions then started around my back and were coming every 10 mins, and still getting shooting pains up my vagina constantly! Is this the start of slow labour?! As these are definitely not Braxton hicks!😷 any advice what I can do to help this etc?!
