How soon did you mommas take your LO's outside? My son will be born late May so I would like to take him out for walks, mainly so I don't turn into a couch potato lol

as long as he's dressed 4 it & of course it's not raining take him out my baby was 2 or 3 days old we would walk around the yard r a bit it was an acer of land lol

@lil_bigmama, yeah that's what I read when I googled it haha I just wanted to know what everyone's experiences were, we live near a big huge city park & I really want to get in shape after he gets here, don't wanna be lazy & let myself go

start small 1st them work up 2 it I had a c section so I just would like sit on the porch or lil walks at 1st

I had my baby in June and my pediatrician encouraged getting him outside and getting fresh air. I started off small bc I had a c section. He loved it and took great naps!
