ok are you using a Saline Mist or spray? it will help loosen up her lil nose, and it's just salt water which our body is made up of so it's not harmful. My boys pediatrician said that I can use it every hour if I wanted. I would also maybe try some Zarbee's for the cough. It's pure agave so it's all natural but it helped my boys. Make sure you get the Zarbee's Baby one. The children's one has honey and babies can't have honey.

it's not a "typical" cold medicine. and like I said it's all natural it's just pure agave. Nothing else. it's not like a cough medicine we would take.
