I never had bad contractions with my first daughter my water just broke... And the other night I had Braxton hicks so bad I was crying.. It's scaring me lol

Take calcium. My doctor said it can help. And it's actually working. I've noticed days that I take it they aren't as bad as when I don't take it. Just don't take it with your prenatals. Something about the iron and calcium at the same time makes it so they don't work. I take the caltrate when I wake up
