It's normal. Your blood pressure temporaily drops in early pregnancy.

Yes!! I am 14 weeks but for a few weeks now I get really shortness of breath! I can breath but I can't get good deep breaths. It goes on for like 10 mins and then gets better. Happens at least once a day

first blood test. the uterus is too small to be causing shortness of breath, but if you're anemic it would account for it
