there is a test like a pee stick that tests Ur breast milk if you had a drink to be sure you can use that supply or wait. but yes pre pumping is best

My first drink was a Bloody Mary 2 weeks PP when I was finally able to get up and walk comfortable after my csection. Don't pump and dump unless youve drank excessively. If you've had one or two, it's really okay. @dezichantel

@dezichantel, I went to get some of those strips but they were so expensive! I honestly just gauged it since I don't drink often and when I do, it's not a lot, maybe 2 drinks, 3 tops over a span of time. But it's pretty hard to have a lot of drinks when the entire time you're thinking about not over drinking cause breastmilk is literally gold and you don't want to waste it hahaha
