my husband deployed when our son was a month old he is now 5 months going on 6 months this month .…

If he sees his daddy every day I'm sure it will be fine. at 8 months it may take a day or two when he gets home. seeing him on video everyday makes it easier so it's not all of a sudden like who's this guy. when my dad would go off for months at a time on the ships when I was a baby it would only take me a day or 2 my mom said and then I was fine with him like he never left.

Yeah I wouldn't even try to say I know how it feels cuz I don't but with my mom was the one in your shoes and 30 yrs ago (yes I'm old lol) they didn't have the technology they have today. I know it's easier to say I wouldn't stress about it, but it's easier said than done. but hopefully this helps set your mind at ease a lil bit
