I required it for anyone who plans to hold my baby. Most people in my life have to have it anyway

honestly I didn't ask anyone. I personally feel I have no right telling someone that they can't hold my boys unless they inject their body with something. Most people who see my boys will not come around if they aren't feeling well or if anyone in the house isn't feeling well. like my neighbor wouldn't come over till everyone in the house was better. it's just common decency. and me personally when I feel like crap I sure don't wanna go be around people lol. But that is just my feelings....

I almost died as a baby from whooping cough so anyone who plans on spending a lot of time around my baby will be nicely asked to get it.

If they are up to date on their tetanus shot the tdap shot which is good for 10 years they are good. Mom is the only one who has to get it every pregnancy no matter what.

I wanted everyone in the house hold to get it (especially since when my daughter got it when she 3 months old. thank God we caught it in the early stage so they have her antibotics) but everyone in the house thinks I'm over reacting

my winmamma2015, and @lindseybriscoe the thing about whooping cough is not everyone who has it feels sick or has symptoms yet they can pass it on . That's why they recommend the vaccine. I sure as hell made everyone who wanted to be close to my kids the first 3 months get the vaccine. If they didn't then that's up to them . But I felt like its my job to protect my kids who don't have a voice yet . I know everyone feels different and that's everyone's right and I'm not trying to argue . Just a lot of people don't realize someone can have whooping cough and not know it
