A body pillow or pregnancy pillow will help wonders. I use mine and sleep proped on my back with one hip up. or use it to lay on my tummy with support on ny hip.

I'm sorry :/ I feel your pain I'm just sitting down and my back is killing me! The sleepless nights will be worth it when the baby gets here though! It's my first kid but when I think about her it makes all the aches and pains okay, and you'll get tired enough to get good sleep. Try Benadryl a half hour before bed

It's uncomfortable on my stomach and that's the way I slept before I was pregnant . When I lay on my back to long it starts to ache @theylove_fani

I'll just warn you:

It gets way worse😭 but I mean at 14 weeks you can still sleep on your tummy unless you have multiples or something. Maybe try your back? My doctor told me that sleeping on your back is bad starting at like 20 weeks because the baby is starting to get some weight to it
