Are any of you ladies anemic ?

@courtneywarner, what are the best iron pills to take? Im anemic and when I googled iron pills there's like 100000 different kinds lol also anything to eat that can help?

I will check when I get home but mine are from my doc

This is what I take, maybe you could find something similar to that. You should probably ask for a prescription though.

Are y'all pregnant and anemic ? My best friend who is anemic is terrified a pregnancy wouldn't be healthy for her.

Yes. I'm anemic on and off when I'm not pregnant and since I was about 6 months I got anemia again. Just makes you feel a little more tired then normal but I stay active and take my prenatals and iron supplements

@mommy9416, yes I'm pregnant. that's the only thing that has been "wrong" this pregnancy. @jaaym_ maybe this is why I'm so exhauster lol , I'm going to be getting on some iron pills this weekend I just don't know witch ones are better to take or even if there is a "better" one to take lol

I'm take the nature made ones. I also get them prescribed as well, your dr could prescribe you the ones your pharmacy carries.

@mommy9416, being anemic doesn't mean anything horrible, it's just low iron. I'm pregnant and horribly anemic and I've been fine.
