when do you usually lose your mucus plug ? I'm afraid I'm gonna lose it and not even know it lol

I started losing mine at 37 weeks. It regenerates itself.

some women lose it and don't know! it happens, you can lose it whenever and you can also lose it several times as it can grow back

Lol I didn't know what one was either until I lost mine with my first and about had a heart attack because I didn't know what it was. At least you're a little prepared now!

it's okay @mamabearluken when I heard it as a teen I thought it was just gonna be like a huge booger from your nose and then my ob was like it's still there after checking my cervix and I'm like oh.. Okay ;-;
