It's illegal. But many companies will do it anyways. It's also really hard because within the next few months you can do into labor and then you'll be out on maternity leave. Not many companies want to hire someone like that. It's an expensive thing to do. It may be easier to wait until after the baby is born.

They lie through their teeth. But their body language tells me what they're really thinking.

My mom got fired from her job of 5 years because she was extremely sick when she was pregnant with my youngest sister. She even had a doctors note saying she couldn't work for the time being.

That's the reason I've decided to wait until after I have my baby.
