I gave yogurt before one I think they just mean not to trade formula or breast milk for cows milk since it doesn't have all the nutrients baby needs and formula/breast milk is their primary source of nutrition if you're cooking something you can use breast milk as a replacement for cows milk idk about formula

No they can have yogurt ! And milk in stuff like mashed potatoes and stuff ! My son is 10 months and has milk with breakfast also

@torymarrero, i tried formula for oatmeal this morning..my baby looked at me like "ma,this mess nasty!" lmao..i didnt wanna try breastmilk cause i didnt want it to get too hot and the nutrients leave...but he ate my oatmeal with no problem.

Great I don't think dairy hurts unless they have an allergy or you're using it instead of bm or formula but that's just a suggestion if you're not comfortable (-:
