So I woke up today to find a $123.02 charge on my card for Family Mobile from Walmart. I didn't authorize it, so naturally, I called and asked them to please refund my money since we don't use their services. And the guy said no! So I asked to speak to a manager, who then began harassing me telling me I must've consented to the charge because it was there and I told her, "I wouldn't be this upset if I had consented to the charge. I wouldn't have even bothered calling!" So my husband takes the phone and asks for her name so he could file a complaint with her higher up, and the bitch said, "I refuse to give you my name. You can contact the police if it's that important", and hung up! He calls them back, and thankfully we got someone who could help us refund the money to my account and to remove my card information, but holy fuck! I got a good 2 real af contractions from just the stress I was feeling! Thank god I have a husband who was in public affairs and knew how to keep a level head because I was damn near in tears! Can you imagine being out $123 right when you were about to have a baby? God damn. She said it will take up to 4 business days to return the money to my account. Thank god for good people!
