I would start getting 3 months and up. A lot of people will buy you newborn stuff. Depending on the babys weight at birth, they can grow out of them super quick. I think it's better for the clothes to be a little big, than too small you know?

yes it is I had a premie n he grew sooo fast he wore newborn for a week. they can fit 0-3 anyway n it lasts longer.

I've been told it just depends on how big your baby is. If it's under 8 you'll use more and if it's 8 and up you'll barely use it.

u can get 0 to 3 months clothes....all my babies were under 7lbs so they fit in newborn for awhile.

It's not a waste for every baby. My son was 6 lbs 8 oz. Newborn was big on him and he wore it for about a month. He was swimming in 0-3.

I would definitely wait to but more newborn stuff until after the baby shower, you may get a lot of newborn stuff. You can start buying 3 months and up.

@desiree, my three month old is still in newborn clothes. all depends on how big they are when born and how fast they gain weight

I didn't buy any newborn just 3 and up and a few 0-3. Like just a few lol.
