It is a serious debate and people go crazy over this LOL but totally up to you. I was 20wks pregnant on my 21st birthday, and my doctor said it was okay to have one small glass of red wine. I went out to dinner with my family and had one glass. (On a typical day I prefer white but my doctor said red was okay)

yes I turn 21 next month on the 5th and my fiance wants to take me out to a nice fancy restaurant and he knows I'm kind of bummed out that I can't really u know drink. but he asked if I can drink wine and I told him I heard that its okay for one glass but not the whole bottle lol. I was judging asking for baby's safety

You're allowed one 8 oz glass of red wine a day

There's not enough research to determine an specific amount of alcohol being "safe" to drink during pregnancy. I wouldn't risk it.
