Well don't let it bother you! They will realize they're being immature. If not, then you shouldn't have to worry. No body picks the gender of their child. Don't stress it.

I felt like that when i found out iess having a girl.. hubby didnt know b ut he could tell by howni was acting it was a girl.. my mom always wanted a boy and hated me for being a girl.. soo she kinda instiled in me about being disappointed but i never cared either way.. im find now since i expressed my feelings.. hope everything works out

My daughters father was dead set on me having a boy, but as soon as is his sister told us that it's a girl he dropped his head an walked away. Needless to say he isn't even in the picture now. He doesn't ask about her or anything. The rest of his family doesn't even talk to me now except his sister! @shakira05

I'm sorry your dealing w/that sweetie, you have no control over the sex, of baby that's on the men lol, and for them to feel some sort of way just bc it's a boy n not a girl is wrong.. my 4yr old was crushed when I told her that we were having a boy for 2 wks.. now she's so excited etc.. hopefully they'll turn around if not you don't need that negativity around u or YOUR Lil man!!

@mimiz, You're right Im going to love my baby regardless but they making it a little hard for me because its like I just need some support in this and they are forgetting that im still pregnant and my hormones all over the place so they dont know how I feel but my feelings are hurt

Joe always said he was happy about having a girl, but I knew he was lying. Everything completely changed between us and with him. I really hope everything gets better for you! && hope their really happy. I know everyone usually wants one or the other but regardless of the gender they should be happy and blessed that the baby is healthy an everything. @shakira05

don't let it.. I was sad I wasn't having a girl I'm not gonna lie but I'll have one of each carry on my husband's name and we're done having babies!! but for them to act the way they are is way not ok

@britt16, and thats how I feel like things are going to change between us and that's exactly why I was skeptical about giving my SO a baby in the first place and we were together for 8 years and it took us this long to have a baby and this why!! Babies make or break relationships and in this situation idk where our relationship is going to go smh @britt16
