I don't think I have milk yet ..but I can assure you that my boobs got huge around 7 weeks and warm and sore my boobs now are a lot bigger than before its insane it was how I knew I was pregnant!

the actual milk doesn't come in until after baby is born, what's coming in is actually colostrum... not to mention breasts just get bigger during pregnancy

mine are also huge warm and very heavy. I have some lumps in them as well I brought it up to my ob last thursday and she said it's the colostrum coming in and could be leaking. I am 25 weeks
