Kind of does sound like the start of Thrush, basically a yeast infection in the mouth. Keep an eye on it. If it progresses make an appointment and they'll give you some oral medication and tell you to boil all bottle nipples and pacifiers before and after treatment. But it also could be "Epstein's Pearls," which are normal in babies and go away on their own.

it could be thrush, both my boys had it when they were babies, best to ask his dr. When they did I had to boil their bottles after every use.
