can i take a pain reliever while breastfeeding???

Ibuprofen is best and you should take it right after a feeding

I was told nothing but Tylenol

i dont have any tylenol and these are muscle relief

Tylenol does have acetaminophen in it. I read Ibuprofen is alright as long as you take it right after a feeding so by next feeding it's not prominent in it

yea the muscle relief is a form of acetaminophen so i think its okay to take @santistevanmommie
