I think what you should just watch for if its oozing anything if there's swelling around it or the spots around the incision is really warm

mine didn't look like that, but as @santistevanmommie said it could be the way the skin healed and it could be open in a couple spots.... maybe put a call in to your Dr if it's worrisome to you
