I am so far 7 wks and have been getting ultrasounds for a few weeks because of complications. Last week my doctor saw a small dot which she says we think this is a fetal pole but we won't know until next week because you are right on the cusp. She also saw a SCH or a bleed about 3cm that she is very concerned about along with me having a low progesterone level which has her very concerned with us losing the baby. She says we will know 100% tomorrow a definite answer. Praying it all goes well!

i had subchorionic hemorrhage/ subchorionic hematoma (the bleeding next to the placenta) in 2 of my pregnancy, including the one right now....and although its very scary and can cause serious complications, as long as it doesn't get bigger and decreases in size you should be fine. previous pregnancy i had it, along with a short cervix...and right now i have it along with placenta previa...so it makes me very scared but my doctor isnt very concerned about the bleeding because it hasnt increase in size. they will monitor yours to see if its size increased/decreased...but dont panic :)
If it all goes well tomorrow, I will definitely inquire about the shot. I had no idea right now I have the vaginal capsules that I do every night. @belovedswty
have they offered progesterone shots? I get them once a week because I have a history of preterm labor.. they also give it to prevent miscarriage..
