I really want to sleep on my sides. Do you ladies think it's ok after a c section? My tailbone is killing me. 😓

Try using pillows to prop you in a comfy position. I've seen some really good ones on YouTube. Just search PP sleeping positions

I did and it hurt pretty bad but I got some pillows under my stomach and it helped a lot!!

No I did not , but to be honest I was like a freak of nature after my c section . I walked the next day and walked straight and barely any pain

Try it and if it hurts just don't do it again
