outsmarting the state. I got told by my dhhs worker I can't have my son play with paint with me because he could get it is his mouth. the paint is safe for finger painting and non-toxic and washable. well I made my own with water, food coloring and baby rice cereal. safe and edible for my son to play with. only down side with this is I won't be able to keep our artwork. but at least I'll be able to play with him and get him dirty.
My 5 year old brother just got circumcised due to all the infections he kept on getting & seeing him in so much pain not being able to walk makes me glad I got my son circumcised as a newborn & planning on doing the same with my second baby.
Instead of buying a bassinet could my baby sleep in a pack and play beside my bed or a rock and play, until I feel safe with him sleeping in his crib in another room? I see no need in buying a bassinet when he will only be able to sleep in it for a few months anyways. No rude comments! 😀
@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer.
My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk out...
My son literally cried as soon as I put him down! So I literally have to be holding him all day, I'm drained. I live my baby but this is getting outta control. How can I get my son to stay on his own without crying?

So would this be safe to get for my son. I switched him over from the pack and play cause he is still really small and I'll be getting a bassinet today to put this in. It's should be fine right?
