Wellllll technically your hips are supposed to support most of baby considering the organ she is in is naturally in between your hips. If if was your abdominal structure that supported all of baby we would look rather strange and be much bigger!

But yes I know exactly what you're talking about. The extra pressure on your hips is painful.
