Baby won't let me enjoy anything. I made a breakfast sandwich this morning and on my way to school it came right up😖😖 Baby don't you know if I don't eat you don't get your nutrients? Baby's way of welcoming me to week 8, I guess🙄😒

Actually at this point the baby is getting everything you need even if you throw things back up. It's so tiny it takes all of it from you. It's horrible 😒

You don't have to worry about it getting what it needs until it gets bigger. I threw up every day no matter what I ate 😔 but my nutritionist did tell me to eat dry foods the first hour and not drink anything until that first Hour after I woke up. Maybe if you try that it'll stay down a little better.
