Contractions exactly 10 mins apart since 4 am up too 7 then has slowly subsided... 😕 also had my bloody show, still spotting from it. have to call and see if they want to move my appt up before 11:30 so hopefully today is the day! Fingers crossed.

@wynbird, yeah mine was about 10 mins last night but slowed down enough for me to sleep and woke me up on and off till 4 then at 4 it was impossible to sleep! Just hope it's not a false alarm
