I'm 24 and having the same prob. My doctor says that it's my uterus preparing for birth on down the line. Not sure if that eases your mind but if it gets worse I'm sure a doctor could ease your mind.

it is most likely stretching.... if your belly gets hard as s rock and won't let up then I would go get seen, I had the same thing and it was diagnosed as round ligament pain.... the I had a day around 23 weeks that my belly got hard and wouldn't let up and I found out I had a slight uti and as soon as I was given meds for it and they got into my system my belly let loose
