when does the 3rd trimester start?

Different places say different things but I usually go by this chart.

lol I barley started my 3rd trimester and then I had my daughter at 29 weeks

You aren't pregnant on the first day of your last period, but that is how doctor's calculate your estimated due date. 4 weeks equals one month. So, at 4 weeks, you are one month pregnant. 8 weeks= 2. 12=3. 16=4. 20=5. 24=6. 28=7. 32=8. 36=9. 40=10. Again, this calculation is based off of your LMP. You are not pregnant the day you begin your period, so those couple of weeks in between your period and the beginning of your next cycle would be when you conceive. @mommyof5kayla

40 weeks is equivalent to 10 months ..but you aren't pregnant for 10 months. Doctors can't possibly know when you had sex, so they go by the first day of your last period. When you regularly count a month, you don't count 5 weeks as a month, so when you are pregnant, you do the math as normal. Different places say different things, but I bet if you asked your doctor, they'll tell you 20 weeks is 5 months. @mommyof5kayla

I did research and it said 27 weeks is when you're in your third trimester but my pregnancy app says I'm not until I'm 28 weeks. so I'm going by that.
