Your body preparing for breastfeeding. When the baby is born if you breastfeed they help the baby latch on

Its colostrum! (kinda like pre-milk) Your milk ducts develop throughout pregnancy, and the warm water can draw out a little of that out. Nothing to be worried about. :) @mollyjaydesmommy @miranda9696
