it helped soften my cervix and prevented major tearing! I had a minor 3in tear one stitch! and my daughter was born within a week of using it. 2 by mouth in the am and 3 inserted vaginally at night (wear a pad) it is a gel capsule and since it's oil it'll stain

I have an appointment tomorrow. But I've been having contractions a lot more lately. I was taking a low dose twice a day and decided to take one at every meal.
I had contractions for a month and my ob suggested it since it helps soften the cervix and skin around the area (I had torn with my oldest 2 and had to have repairs from it) it worked within the week! I had major contractions and thought my water broke got to the hospital got checked and sac was intact but I stared dilating. I was 30 minutes and went from 2cm to 5cm. walked another 25 minutes and dilated to an 8. it was amazing. (this was exactly a year ago btw. had her at 8:01am March 2nd
I will. I don't know if it works better to insert the bill vaginally. I'm just not comfortable with doing that so I'm sticking to the oral pills. I just updosed two days ago. So I'm hoping I at least have some progress. I've heard really good things about evening primrose oil.
I did. Only for three days, by mouth and then i had her, didn't tear at all. Idk if it put me in labor but I deff think it helped. Was 39 weeks exactly when I went into labor

I started it two weeks ago! I take the oral pills 3 times a day
