sorry just looked at your profile. possibly could be a growth spurt , does she calm down when rocked or bounced? also she could have gas build up, try moving her legs back and forth , you could try a warm bath, is she having enough wet diapers?

when you have her holding her tuck her legs under like a frog will let out access gas and pat her back

that's usually how she lays when I lay her on my stomach @amymabundio and I try doing the leg thing but she like makes it impossible.. only calms when I pat her back @mommybump2016 I'm just so stressed 😨

oh hun I know it can be hard and stressful. just give it time its probably just a stage she's going through. if you need to put her on her bed let her cry and go into another room for a couple minutes and come back:) also idk if you want to try it but with my son one way I would get him to calm down was put him in his swing/bouncer at the entrance of the bathroom and turn on the shower ( on cold so it wasn't so hot) and the sound calmed him down. I also downloaded an app for "white noises" when I would put him to sleep and it worked. you might try that also
