50% effaced and 1 almost 2cm dilated. Dr said if I have no progression by Monday she is going to induce me. I really don't want to be induced because I hear it can be more painful? So I've been walking. How much should I walk each day for results?
Walking blocks & malls when I hit 36 weeks 😅 i rather walk her out than have to get induced 🤦🏾 ♀ so hopefully I can get her out before my induction date 👏🏾
