I have a question I need answered ASAP so, we moved into our new place the day after we moved in we let our landlord know by sending a letter the letter said this (pictured)and he just text me saying I need your new address for the security deposit info ,also the rest of your belongings will be thrown out unless you make arrangements to have them pick up don't we have 30 Damn days to be out if we are paying him Mar h rent we stated we will be out the end of march wtf?

If you paid March rent than yes you should have 30 days to move everything out. I would contact the police department and ask. Also show them your message and the landlords text.

thank you guys and I'm also assuming he has been on the apartment without giving notice as well other wise he wouldn't know what was left behind ,I have no idea how to text it to him ,I'll just say are lease isn't up until 30 days after march rent was paid already so we still have time till we move our belongings @mrsgeorge @sexxymama83 @sarahdrew @andiryan93

You technically have until the end of March to get all of your stuff because you paid March rent
