we are going to start soon. he has been very interested in the potty so I'm going to start having him sit on the potty when he needs to poop. peeing will be harder since he does pee a lot and almost every 1 1/2.
I started with my daughter as soon as she turned 1 she's 1 and 4 months now she will not go number 2 in her diaper only in the toilet going pee has been hard since she pees every 5mins lol
I pulled out the potty chair for my son after he was 2. He was making progress and was getting really good by 2 1/2 but we moved. He was officially potty trained by 3 though.
I start with my daughter a little after 2. Panties to bed and then slowly introduced them through out the day when I was home with her. It took her about 3 months. I didn't force it I waited until she was ready and that made the transition so easy. She asked one day "mommy I wear panties to school?" And no accidents since.
I started working with my son a little after his second birthday and it literally took a year. We would have spells of good potty training and thinking we had it and then he would regress. Finally it was like something just clicked and now he is mostly potty trained just wears a pull up to bed
