So I heard Johnson & Johnson is a bad brand for babies... What brands do you guys use?

Why is it bad? That's all I have!

I'm sure by now most of you have heard of the recent Johnson & Johnson case ruling. I wasn't going to post anything because I had seen so many posts this morning alone but then my friend @jannyorganically made a good point, the more the better! She's right, the more awareness the more change! I posted this a little over 20 weeks ago but felt the timing was perfect for a refresher.

It's one thing for adults to willfully choose to put toxins on their bodies but to expose innocent children to it is another thing I'm not ok with! A friend recently asked me about Johnson and Johnson Bedtime Baby Products. She thought they "seemed" more natural and good for helping her baby sleep. I was so upset! I knew they were toxic. I wanted to see for myself what @johnsonsbaby was marketing to her. What I found was alarming...things they said, like a "brand you can trust" "high safety standards" I can't believe they even market this stuff to mothers! Moms who have no idea, because they already have a full plate juggling life and kids, and so they think I'll pick up Johnson & Johnson, they're a brand I can trust. Sorry, but they can't be trusted! These toxic ingredients include:

Mineral Oil- linked to 23 diseases, including autoimmune disorders that have become so prevalent. Also different cancers. If you didn't know mineral oil is a derivative of petroleum- yes you know the ones that fuel automotive engines.

Phenoxyethanol- used as a preservative. Many companies are swapping it out instead of parabens. Sorry but I'm not buying that garbage and neither should you. According to the safety data sheet, it's harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through the skin and it can cause reproductive damage. And they are marketing this to innocent babies!

Parabens- preservatives and dangerous. Have been found in breast cancer tumors, disrupting endocrine systems, male reproduction and skin sensitivity.

Parfum/fragrance- Can contain undisclosed amount of scents...100's! As well as phthalates which cause serious problems with reproduction and are carcinogenic. These scents are linked to hormone disruption, sperm damage, cancers, toxicity and allergy problems.
