It definitely helps with back ache, I used it 24/7, I used it as a chair when I ate my meals, as an excersise ball and I did pregnancy yoga with it, xxx
I used mine the whole way through, helped him get in a lovely position for the birth and he was already fully engaged and I was 2cm without knowing (when I went into hosp) so it could've helped xx
Yea me too she will come when she is ready, all I'm reading on Google is it jus helps get baby to drop more @winterbaby95 suppose it's worth a try ha x
Lots of mixed opinions on this haha :) I didn't actually get on a ball until I was in labour :) I only bounced on it for 10 mins :) I believe the baby comes when it wants etc xx
