so 24 hr urine test showed that the levels of protein in my urine are up at 1,820. this is six times the normal amount for pregnancy... my iron is 8.1 when it should be ten to thirteen and I have been taking iron for a month but the number is still the exact same. I'm 35 weeks and starting to freak a little. my Dr. called this morning and has set me up with a Dr. appointment at the hospital with a hematologist ... baby's heartbeat is great. size is fine. movements are strong and frequent but I still am beginning to think I won't make it to 40 weeks ... any advice or similar experiences would be be greatly appreciated:(

sigh. that's what I'm thinking is about to happen. just dont think doc is gonna let it go much further. but good news is we are at the point where she is pretty well developed and won't require much time in the nicu. my sister was born at 34 weeks and is bigger than me now and was only in the hospital for 3 days. still nervous though cause I don't think I have as much time as I thought I was going to originally.
