I mean you can go into labor any day now. hopefully you don't but I passively wouldn't wait that long. the closer to 32 weeks the sooner you can go into labor

I just went to a baby shower Sunday, she's due in 12 days! Baby showers can always be rescheduled if baby comes, people will be more than understanding!

I had mine at 36 weeks, there is nothing wrong with having it later except that it gives you less time to get gifts organized and there is a chance you could have your baby early.
